Ripple (DRAFT 13.2g)

Next week we welcome back an Imperial IPA we introduced in 2019 in celebration of our Funk On The Water festival. Ripple is brewed with oats, wheat, and local Pilsner malt. In the dry-hopping phase we certifiably loaded this beer up with Citra. Gigantic Citra vibes. The resulting Imperial IPA boasts a massive citrus, tangerine and peach flavor profile while masking its 10% abv with a creamy mouth feel.⠀

One of those reasons Ripple is a special beer to us, aside from how it tastes, is the partnership that comes along with it. Funk On The Water partners with the ECHO center, our local science and nature museum, UVM’s Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources, the Lake Champlain Basin Program Resource Room, and the Lake Champlain Navy Memorial to raise money and awareness for clean water initiatives for our beloved Lake Champlain.

All proceeds will go be donated to the ECHO Center to continue their work towards a clean Lake Champlain.
